Our company’s success is based on results from our key performance indicators. These indicators are product, service, work environment, team work, revenues, and expenses.

We have checks and balances for each area that aid us in monitoring the efficiency and effectiveness in these areas. Each area is reviewed through sources such as customer surveys, brand-generated reports, the STAR report, other third-party reports, financial reports, and feedback from our clients based on their experiences during their stay and site visits.

We encourage our employees to express their care and compassion for others and for our community through their philanthropic endeavors. Our staff members genuinely enjoy getting involved in fund-raising efforts that benefit individuals and the community as a whole. This includes donating goods used in the Hotels, such as linens, blankets, and soaps; donating rooms or offering discounted room rates to charitable events; and donating meeting rooms for community and fund-raising events.
